“The juice is worth the squeeze”

This is a quote that rubs me personally. I know that I have wasted a lot of time in the past, and that I will continue to waste time in the future, but I will remember to ask myself "Is this really worth it?" Many things that people do is a waste of time, even the precious devise that you are reading this on. Anything that is being done that doesn't help the body, or brain, can be considered a waste of time.

Many people will say that wasting time can't be helped, and that the future can't be changed. "The Past Is Set In Stone, The Future Is Yet Unknown. But Today Is A Gift, That's Why It's Known As The Present. It Is Your Gift. Only You Can Choose What You Will Do With It."
